1. Definitions

“Trivme” is an online booking platform that connects you with licensed organisers of experiences, trips and stays in Egypt.

2. Trivme's role as an intermediary

Trivme acts between you and the organiser; the organiser is responsible for delivering the experience as described.

3. Booking and payment

3.1 Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include 14% VAT and any stated fees. No hidden fees are added at payment.

3.2 When you start paying, we hold your seats: 10 minutes for cards and mobile wallets, 30 minutes for instalments, and until the reference number expires for Fawry. If the hold expires, the provisional booking is cancelled.

4. Cancellation and refunds

4.1 You can cancel and get a full refund before the “free-cancellation deadline” shown on the experience page and in your confirmation. After that deadline, cancelling isn't possible.

4.2 If the organiser or Trivme cancels the experience, you get a full refund to the original payment method.
